Privacy notice
What this website collects, why, and how to have it removed. Last updated 9 October 2026.
This notice covers the Fintoras website. Fintoras the product is still in development; when it launches, it will have its own privacy policy covering customer data.
What we collect
- Waitlist form: your name, email address, team size, your company name if you give it, and whether you asked for product updates.
- Contact form: your name, email address, the subject you choose, your message, and your company name if you give it.
We collect nothing else from you directly. The profit calculator runs entirely in your browser, and the figures you type into it are never sent to us.
How we use it
- To tell you when early access to Fintoras opens.
- To reply to your message.
- To send product updates, only if you ticked that box.
We don't sell your details or pass them to advertisers.
Where it is kept
This website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions on our behalf. Like most hosting providers, Netlify keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If you switch between the dark and light theme, that choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and contact details until you ask us to delete them or until we no longer need them for the purposes above.
Your choices
Email info@fintoras.com to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Every product update we send will include a way to stop receiving them.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
