Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. We won't charge you after you cancel, and your data remains accessible for 30 days.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes! Pay annually and save 20% on your monthly plan. For example, Professional is $299/month or $2,870/year (saves you $718). Enterprise plans have custom pricing with volume discounts.
What if I exceed my team member limit?
Simply upgrade to the next plan tier or contact our sales team. We scale with your growth and can add team members incrementally without forcing you to a higher tier.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees! You can start immediately and begin using FINTORAS right away. For Enterprise customers, we offer optional onboarding and migration services (additional cost).
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?
Yes, change your plan anytime. If you upgrade, you'll only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period. If you downgrade, we'll credit the overage to your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers (for Enterprise), and wire transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a discount for nonprofits?
Yes! Nonprofits and educational institutions get 50% off standard pricing. Contact our sales team with your nonprofit documentation to apply.
